Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled PA Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving ongoing growth in the sales and hire of PA equipment through the provision of excellent customer service, product demonstrations, sales, and after-sales support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice and product demonstrations to customers
  • Drive sales and hire of PA equipment
  • Provide after-sales support and training to customers
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest products and industry developments
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of training programs for end-users

Requirements

  • Several years of industry experience in music retail/hire, music wholesale, or music-related industry
  • High levels of skill as a musician or sound engineer and strong knowledge of live sound equipment
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Ability to multitask and work well in a team
  • Strong work ethic and enthusiasm for ensuring the store environment is well maintained
