A key opportunity has emerged for a talented marketing professional to join our team. Working closely with the Director of Marketing, you will play a vital role in helping grow the brand nationally and assisting the sales team.

We are seeking a passionate individual with a flair for marketing to support content creation, manage social media platforms, and coordinate marketing events and activations.

The successful candidate will have previous experience as a Marketing Assistant or Graphic Designer role, relevant qualifications in Marketing, Communications and/or Digital Media, and knowledge of Adobe Suite and digital marketing tools.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Social Media Management: Assist in creating and curating engaging content for various social media platforms, monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media, and collaborate with the Director of Marketing to develop and implement social media campaigns.
  • Content Creation: Support the creation of marketing materials including media assets and general promotional material, ensuring consistency in brand messaging across all communication channels.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, activations, and promotions, coordinate logistics, and manage on-site activities during events.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences, provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis.
  • Customer Engagement: Interact with customers online, addressing inquiries and gathering feedback, and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
