We are seeking a skilled professional to take on the role of Bakery Department Manager.

About the Job:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the bakery department, ensuring that all sales targets, cost control and rostering requirements are met.
- To achieve this, you will need to demonstrate strong leadership skills, including coaching and developing your team members to achieve their full potential.
- You will also be responsible for maintaining excellent department standards, including monitoring stock, rotation routines, waste and quality control.
