Bakery Team Leader Position

The role you're applying for is a key position in our bakery department, reporting directly to the Store Manager. You'll be accountable for the day-to-day running of the department, ensuring it operates efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities- Lead and develop your team to achieve sales targets, cost control, and rostering requirements
- Maintain excellent department standards, including stock management, rotation routines, waste reduction, and quality control
- Drive a one-team culture that celebrates success and prioritizes team members' health, safety, and wellbeing
- Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience
- You have previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
- You possess direct or indirect leadership experience, which will enable you to lead, coach, and develop your team
