At a Catholic College in Western Sydney, we strive to provide high-quality learning and teaching in a faith-centred environment. Our 80 schools cater to around 43,500 students, offering various primary, secondary, and specialist teaching roles.

We aim to ensure our schools are the preferred choice for families, students, and staff. As Head of Learning, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational experience of our students.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective teaching, learning, and assessment strategies
  • Mentor Leaders of Learning and oversee their work
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to advance the vision of learning for the college
  • Work closely with NESA to meet regulatory NSW curriculum, assessment, and reporting requirements

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Tertiary qualifications in Education or a related field
  • Current NESA Accreditation
  • Valid Working with Children Check
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, such as leading a stage or equivalent role
