Job Title: Inventory Coordinator

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Inventory Coordinator. This is a full-time opportunity with a maximum term of 1 year, with the possibility of becoming permanent based at our Head Office in Clayton.

The successful candidate will have experience in warehousing, forklift operation, and stock management. They will be responsible for receiving materials, processing inventory, and ensuring accurate storage locations. Additionally, they will need to co-ordinate logistics for packing and shipping of parts / equipment, perform stock checks, and escalate capacity issues to supervisor.

This role requires strong problem-solving skills, ability to multitask and prioritize, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and be able to maintain a clean and positive workspace.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receiving materials, processing inventory, and ensuring accurate storage locations
  • Co-ordinating logistics for packing and shipping of parts / equipment
  • Performing stock checks and escalating capacity issues to supervisor
  • Maintaining a clean and positive workspace
Requirements:
  • Previous warehouse experience
  • Forklift Licence
  • Drivers Licence
  • Good communication skills
  • Analytical problem-solving skills and outside the box thinking
  • Aptitude for handling Mechanical & Electrical components
