Main Responsibilities

  • Development and management of models supporting retail deposits business, focusing on areas such as pricing decisioning where our models help set up optimal prices for millions of customers, and other areas where modelling and AI can enhance customer outcomes.
  • Defining data models to solve complex data-centric problems using the latest approaches, driving business value through innovative solutions.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in machine learning and advanced data analytics, leading end-to-end modelling projects that drive business value.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
  • Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to details and data accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • A relevant tertiary qualification e.g. Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Econometrics, Computer Science or Engineering.
