About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Data Model Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our data modelling team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining data models that support business needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data modelling principles and be able to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create industry-standard common data models and translate business concepts into data models.
  • Conduct workshops with business, analysts, and data SMEs to understand data meaning and complex business requirements.
  • Develop flexible and scalable data models for future changes and schema.
Requirements:
  • Experience in modelling tools such as Erwin and EA Sparx.
  • Strong experience in Big Data and Data Warehouse databases.
  • Proficient in building normalized data models, Data Vault, and Star Schema models.
  • At least 5 years modelling experience.
  • Australian Citizenship and baseline clearance required.
