About This Role

As a consultant, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will be part of a collaborative team and will act as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible experience.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about providing seamless banking experiences.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Meet each customer's end-to-end banking needs across transaction activities, needs-based conversations and educating them on digital solutions,
  • Be part of a collaborative team and act as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible experience,
  • Contribute to a significant uplift in customer engagement and advocacy, and create real value,
  • Actively participate in and support programs and initiatives,
  • Take responsibility to 'know your customer' from a risk perspective, and
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

What We're Looking For

  • Exceptional customer focus - retail experience is an advantage,
  • Experience in being a user and promoter of technology - working knowledge in using different channels is an advantage,
  • Ability to multi-task and highly adaptable to change and ambiguity,
  • Willingness to work in a collaborative team environment,
  • Sound understanding of compliance, and
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
