About the Role

LIMELIGHT PEOPLE is seeking an experienced Ecommerce Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our digital team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects from initial discussion to post-go-live phases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all stages of a project's lifecycle, including initial discussion, project planning, execution, and post-go-live phases.
  • Facilitate and manage meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive successful project outcomes.
  • Compile and prepare project documentation, including status reports, business cases, project plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Review, record, and report changes to the project scope as required.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in ecommerce project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects in the retail industry.
  • Strong ability to run projects at pace and adapt to project pipeline changes.
  • Proven experience of handling multiple projects concurrently and of varying complexity.
  • Knowledge and experience of project management principles, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience in delivering successful projects in a retail environment, particularly in the ecommerce space.
  • Knowledge and experience of Magento ecommerce platforms would be highly regarded.
  • Extensive experience of implementing ecommerce applications and plug-in technologies on retail websites.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a can-do team-player attitude.
  • Advanced stakeholder management and team engagement skills.
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to take initiative.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team as well as individually.
