About the Role:

LIMELIGHT PEOPLE is seeking an experienced Ecommerce Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our digital organization, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects end-to-end, working with B2B and B2C clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all stages of a project's lifecycle from initial discussion to post-go-live phases.
  • Facilitate and manage meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Compile and prepare project documentation, including status reports, business cases, and solution overview documentation.
  • Review, record, and report changes/issues to the project scope as required.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated Ecommerce Project Management background with proven project delivery capability in the retail industry.
  • Strong ability to run projects at pace and adapt to project pipeline adjustments.
  • Proven experience of handling multiple projects concurrently and of varying complexity.
  • Proven working knowledge of projects that focus on Shopify and Bigcom.
  • Ability to run multiple projects concurrently and at pace.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience of Project Management principles and supporting project management tools.
  • Experience in delivering successful projects in a retail environment, especially in the eCom space.
  • Knowledge and experience of Magento eCom platforms would be highly regarded.
  • Extensive experience of implementing eCommerce applications/plug-in technologies on retail websites.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a can-do team-player attitude.
  • Advanced Stakeholder management and team engagement skills.
  • Excellent analytical & decision-making skills, also in taking initiative.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Ability to work well with a team as well as individually.
