Flight Crew Member Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Flight Crew Member. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers while delivering exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also be required to undergo comprehensive training to ensure your confidence in managing emergency situations and understanding aircraft procedures.

Key responsibilities will include greeting and assisting customers, conducting safety briefings, and selling food and beverage services. You will also be expected to maintain a high level of physical fitness and be willing to work flexible hours, including night shifts and weekends.

Requirements:

  • 18 years of age or older
  • More than 1 year experience in a Customer Service role
  • Height between 163cm - 186cm or ability to safely reach 212cm
  • A valid First Aid and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certificate or willingness to obtain
  • A valid Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate or willingness to obtain
  • Excellent health and fitness, including the ability to swim and tread water
  • Commitment to shift work and working flexible hours
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Right to work in Australia/ New Zealand without restriction or sponsorship

Please note that this role is based in Coolangatta, and you must be willing to live and work from this location. Any relocation or travel will be at your own expense.
