Senior Business Technology Manager - Aviation Operations

">We are seeking a seasoned Business Technology Manager to lead our aviation technology initiatives. As a key member of our Technology team, you will be accountable for the entire life cycle of Technology – the Plan/Build/Run for your assigned business area.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic planning and roadmap development for operational aviation technology initiatives
  • Managing demand and ensuring alignment with operational and safety priorities
  • Overseeing enterprise architecture across critical systems
  • Acting as the key escalation point and being accountable for the total cost of ownership (TCO) of your technology portfolio
  • Delivering targets, driving project execution, and identifying opportunities for optimisation and operational efficiencies

As a Senior Business Technology Manager, you will work closely with stakeholders across aviation operations, providing insights and support to business strategies. You will also partner with Technology SME functions to ensure continuous improvement and innovation within QAL Technology.

Key qualifications for this role include:

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in IT teams, with a focus on business engagement and project management disciplines
  • Experience working with an Aviation, Critical Infrastructure, transportation or Energy related industry
