Position Overview

This key role will act as a liaison between teams, providing vital support to the Director and taking on leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver innovative engineering solutions across various projects
  • Lead medium to large-scale projects, including project scheduling, resourcing, and budget oversight
  • Produce designs, specifications, technical documentation, reports, and fee proposals
  • Build strong client relationships while driving business opportunities
  • Guide colleagues, sharing knowledge and encouraging best practice
  • Support the Director in financial, technical, and contractual management of projects

About You

  • 10+ years' structural engineering experience in a consulting environment
  • Strong technical capability in concrete design; steel design experience desirable
  • Proven team leadership and management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent with CPEng accreditation
  • Thorough understanding of BCA and relevant Australian Standards
