Job Title: Payroll Specialist

A dynamic and supportive team environment awaits an experienced payroll specialist to take on a new challenge. Reporting to the senior manager, you will be responsible for processing medium-high volume payroll, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process calculations including back-payments, redundancy calculations, terminations, and leave entitlements.
  • Maintain and update accurate payroll data, including data collection and entry.
  • Provide support and guidance to employees on payroll-related matters.
  • Collaborate and communicate with internal stakeholders to resolve payroll related queries.
The Successful Candidate:
  • Previous experience in a similar payroll specialist position within a medium/large scale business.
  • Understanding of and experience interpreting multiple awards/EBAs.
  • High level attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex matters in a simplified manner.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work within a fast-paced environment.
