We seek an experienced Digital Transformation Marketing Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. This role will be based in Brisbane, Australia. The successful candidate will work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that reach customers across all interaction points.

The primary responsibilities of this role include:

  • Designing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Developing cross-channel campaigns that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Analysing customer behaviour and data to identify key touchpoints and gaps in the customer journey.
  • Working with teams to design personalized, seamless experiences for customers across all platforms.
  • Developing consistent and effective messaging across various channels, including email, social media, web, mobile apps, and catalogues.
  • Utilizing analytics and performance data to monitor campaign success and adjust strategies to improve results.
  • Conducting A/B testing and implementing best practices for conversion optimization.

About You

To be successful, you will have;

  • A bachelor degree in Marketing and/or Business (advantageous) combined with at least five years' experience in developing digital marketing strategies within a large business.
  • Proven experience managing campaigns across a variety of digital and offline channels.
  • Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, segmentation, and data analytics.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing technologies.
  • An ability to adapt strategy to suit current technology/systems.
  • Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and paid media strategies across Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Ability to critically evaluate situations and make informed decisions in an autonomous fashion.
