**Job Summary**

Macropus Global is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers, including foundation, framing, roofing, cement finishing, tile setting, plastering, drywall installation, glazing, insulating, and painting.
  • Manage day-to-day activities on site and ensure that the project runs smoothly from start to finish, adhering to building codes and regulations.
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other subcontractors.
  • Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Manage construction sub-trades and suppliers on the job site and mitigate issues as they arise.
  • Requisition materials and supplies.
  • Train workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Recommend personnel actions, such as hirings and promotions.
  • Prepare work progress reports.
  • May manage the operations of the company.
  • Select tools, equipment, and construction materials from storage and transport items to the work site.
  • Assist and work closely with Concrete finishers, Carpenters, finishers, flooring, Drywall Installer, and painters to complete tasks.
  • May also supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of related apprentices, helpers, and laborers.
  • Clean work areas, machines, equipment to maintain a clean and safe job site, free of debris.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum 2 years of Site Supervisory experience.
  • Minimum 3-5 years siding, flooring, painting, concrete finishing (preferably) or carpentry experience.
  • Punctual and reliable.
  • Hardworking and self-motivated.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Team player and a positive motivator.
  • Safety conscious.
  • Job site preparation and organization.
