Job Description:

You will lead the delivery of our solutions to customers and ensure their success. This involves building strong relationships with customer stakeholders, providing technical advice, and orchestrating cross-functional programs that deliver value and transformational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop technical competency to support customer advice and align their business goals with our solutions.
  • Nurture and establish relationships with key customer stakeholders to enable quality solution planning, execution, and governance.
  • Partner with account team peers to drive conversations with customers that define and prioritize strategic alignment between customer objectives and our goals.
  • Share customer insights with sellers to support them in identifying and producing opportunities.
  • Lead the delivery of our solutions and take ownership for team coordination that accelerates production-level consumption across solution areas.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or related field, plus 4+ years of work or internship experience in solution delivery, practice management, customer-facing consulting, or portfolio management.
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience, including project management certification (e.g., Project Management Institute) and change management certification (e.g., Prosci).
  • Expertise in Solution Areas, including solid understanding of our products, technologies, and solutions, and relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Azure, M365).
