Senior Laboratory Operations Lead

This senior leadership position oversees the Concrete Field Testers and laboratory operations in Brisbane, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
- Coordinate field-based concrete testers and laboratory maintenance.
- Develop data-driven strategies for training and competency plans.
- Monitor and review laboratory operations, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Process and distribute test results and certification documents.
- Facilitate safety meetings and reviews, ensuring compliance with Australian standards.
- Act as a Laboratory Manager when required.
- Extensive knowledge of NATA requirements and laboratory practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
- Sound leadership and participative leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and QESTLab.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic project management and presentation skills.
