IT Support Officer

Corin is seeking a skilled IT Support Officer to provide comprehensive IT support for all aspects of the company's operations. This role will involve providing technical assistance, troubleshooting, and resolving IT-related issues, ensuring seamless IT operations and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-level technical support for IT-related issues, including hardware and software support.
  • Collaborate with the UK team to develop, implement, and maintain global IT strategies.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve IT problems, incidents, and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Manage the maintenance and operation of Corin's infrastructure, including local IT infrastructure setup, configuration, and maintenance.
  • Contribute to the technical strategy and planning of Corin, including IT project design and implementation.
  • Ensure operational and change management processes are in place and followed, aligned with headquarters in the UK.
  • Perform routine operational and administrative duties, including backup and restore, maintenance, deployment, and documentation.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of IT projects and spend throughout the Corin financial year.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications in IT or a related discipline.
  • 2-3 years' experience in an IT support role.
  • Proven technology skills in Microsoft, Cisco, Networking, Virtualisation, and ITIL.
  • Broad knowledge of IT technologies and systems.
  • Experience in IT project implementation.
  • Metrics-oriented, team player with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and technical writing skills, fluency in English.
  • High level of initiative, with the ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
