Business Analysis Opportunity

Elabor8 is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our business analysis function, you will be responsible for identifying and documenting business requirements for various projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and teams by listening and guiding them.
  • Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and manage expectations.
  • Identify and assess security risks and business impacts.
  • Translate business needs into actionable security requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in non-digital projects such as CRM implementations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Agile tools and technologies.
  • Certification in Agile methodologies is a plus.
