Job Description:

Our ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a proven track record of successfully managing medical imaging projects from start to finish.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide visionary leadership and direction to drive project success, ensuring alignment with client expectations and evolving needs.
  • Oversee a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, partnership, and customer focus.
  • Develop and implement customer-centric solutions, service-oriented strategies, and operational best practices to optimize project management processes.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance, forecast resources and financials, and foster team performance to meet or exceed organizational goals.
  • Maintain proactive communication, build long-term trusted partnerships, and anticipate customer needs to support the organization's mission and vision.

About You:

  1. You have a BSc (minimum) in a relevant field and 7-9 years of clinical research experience.
  2. You have demonstrated leadership at a division/department level, especially in full-service project leadership roles.
  3. You possess change management experience/certification and strategic planning experience.
  4. You are an exceptional problem solver with a client-centric mindset, comfortable acting as a liaison externally and leading the team internally.
  5. Bonus points for imaging knowledge and experience.
