Radiology Receptionist - Full Time
Southern Cross Medical Imaging is a privately owned radiology practice. With multiple practices located in the northern suburbs of Melbourne, our focus is on providing the very best care for patients.
We are currently seeking a radiology receptionist to join our team of enthusiastic and dedicated administration professionals.
This is a full-time permanent position.
Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with patients and referrers on a daily basis
- Management of patient bookings
- RIS & PACS interaction
- Daily interaction with all clinical staff within the practice
- Management of patient inquiries and distribution of advice
- Management of patient accounts
Experience
Radiology administration or healthcare administration experience is preferred. You must possess exceptional communication and organisational skills; have a proven reputation for service excellence and have the ability to establish an immediate rapport with people.
