Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Obstetrician and Gynaecologist to join our dedicated team at Bundaberg Hospital, a teaching hospital affiliated with the University of Queensland Rural Clinical School.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality, patient-centred care to women and families in consultation with consultants, visiting specialists, nurses and allied health professionals.
- Participate in antenatal, intrapartum, postnatal and gynaecological care, ensuring safe and effective outcomes for all patients.
- Support medical student education and contribute to the University of Queensland's clinical teaching program, promoting quality improvement initiatives and upgrading medical education.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement strategies that enhance the delivery of obstetric and gynaecological services in our regional teaching hospital environment.
- A competitive remuneration package valued up to $175,370 p.a., including a base salary between $129,583 – $150,240 p.a. (L4–L9).
