Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Spiritual Leader to provide guidance and support to students and staff in a dynamic educational environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide spiritual guidance and support to students, staff, and parents, promoting a positive and inclusive school culture.
  • Develop and implement programs to promote Christian values and faith formation, enhancing the spiritual well-being of students and staff.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other stakeholders to enhance student learning and well-being, fostering a supportive and inclusive community.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local churches and Christian organizations, exploring opportunities for partnership and collaboration.
Requirements
  • A strong background in chaplaincy or a related field, with experience in spiritual leadership and guidance.
  • An active Christian with a deep understanding of Christian values and principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, students, and parents.
