About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our Kensington Park team as a Dispensary Technician. As a Dispensary Technician, you will play a critical role in enabling us to fulfill our purpose of Caring for People, Enabling Health, and Inspiring Wellness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and consultation to ensure customers receive the best advice for their health and beauty needs.
  • Assist pharmacists in processing prescriptions efficiently and accurately using our dispensing system.
  • Ensure dispensaries are well-stocked to meet customer needs.
  • Demonstrate the value of National Pharmacies membership to customers.
  • Work across our network of pharmacies in the SA metropolitan area once fully trained.
Requirements
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and advice to diverse customers.
  • Ability to relate well with customers and teammates.
  • Willingness to learn about products and services offered by National Pharmacies.
  • Adaptability and flexibility.
  • Ability to work effectively in a committed team.
