Dispensary Technician

As a Dispensary Technician, you will play a critical role in enabling us to achieve our purpose of Caring for People, Enabling Health and Inspiring Wellness.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing outstanding customer service and consulting with customers to ensure they receive the best advice for their health and beauty needs.
  • Assisting the pharmacist to process prescriptions correctly and efficiently using our dispensing system.
  • Ensuring our dispensaries are well-stocked to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Demonstrating the value of National Pharmacies membership to our customers.
  • Working across our network of pharmacies in the SA metropolitan area once fully trained.
