About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Pharmacy Assistant to join our team at Star Discount Chemist Hollywood. As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and providing a high level of support to our pharmacy team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Operate point of sale systems and handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Assist with the processing of prescriptions and maintain a clean and organized pharmacy environment
  • Inform customers about current sales and promotions, and recommend products to meet their needs
  • Assist with general queries and provide information about our products and services
About You

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a strong desire to learn and grow within our team. You will have previous experience in a retail or pharmacy setting and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be willing to provide a police check or obtain one.
