Lead Remediation Specialist

About this Opportunity
This contract position will focus on optimizing remediation case opportunities to reduce manual outreach effort, in addition to testing and challenging current ways of working.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of the backlog of KYC Refresh cases.
- Proactively work to improve procedures, processes, and ways of working.
- Review relevant documentation to provide recommendations on enhancement opportunities, including meeting regulatory requirements and finding efficiencies.
- Assist in mapping system pathways and rules and documenting key decision points.
- Oversee the team in reviewing the completion of KYC Refresh tasks and completing gap analysis to provide recommendations to leadership on potential enhancements.
- Support and motivate the team to achieve required outcomes and encourage curious thinking to increase productivity within the function.
- Maintain confidentiality in line with internal policies.
About You
A strong ability to perform process reviews and experience within a call centre environment would be highly regarded. Equivalent tertiary education is also essential.
