We are currently seeking a Tanker Operations Specialist based out of Bankstown Airport. This role would be ideal for an individual who is eager to stay active and has an interest in the aviation industry.

This role plays a vital part in the community, contributing to the emergency response efforts for the upcoming bushfire season. The successful candidate will be required to work shift hours across seven days over six months.

Duties include:

  • Working on tarmac and in the field to provide excellent customer service and manage Into Plane Fuelling
  • Operating fuel equipment (including Heavy Rigid vehicles)
  • Terminal Loading
  • Performing, monitoring and testing fuel and fuelling equipment
  • Working at heights
  • Manual handling and data entry
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Demonstrating mechanical aptitude
  • Fuel quality control (testing)
