About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Pharmacist to join our team at Epic Pharmacy New Town in Hobart, Tasmania.

As a Pharmacist at Epic Pharmacy, you will be responsible for providing high-quality pharmacy services to our customers, including educating and advising on health promotion, disease prevention, and the proper use of medicines.

You will also be responsible for preparing prescriptions, counseling customers on their medication, and collaborating with local health professionals.

This is a permanent full-time position, working 76 hours per fortnight, with shifts primarily Monday to Friday and occasional Saturdays.

Requirements
  • Be an AHPRA registered pharmacist with previous experience in an Australian-based pharmacy
  • Possess strong knowledge of the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS)
  • Have a passion for customer care
  • Have the ability to maintain the high quality of service we already deliver
  • Have excellent time management, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Be flexible and adaptable working with a diverse team
  • Embrace the constantly evolving pharmacy profession and commit to learning
  • Value attention to detail and be able to work autonomously
