About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic pharmacist to join our team in New Town. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with customers, providing education and advice on health promotion, disease prevention, and medication management.

  • Educate and advise customers on health-related topics, including healthy lifestyle choices, disease prevention, and proper use of medications.
  • Prepare prescriptions accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
  • Counsel customers on their medication regimens, including prescription and over-the-counter medications.
  • Maintain strong relationships with local healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

This is a permanent full-time position, with shifts primarily scheduled Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts as part of a rotation within the team. Part-time applicants are also welcome to apply.

About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering modern, patient-focused pharmacy services. To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Be an AHPRA registered pharmacist with previous experience in an Australian-based pharmacy.
  • Possess strong knowledge of the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS).
  • Have a passion for customer care and excellent communication skills.
  • Be flexible and adaptable, with the ability to maintain high standards of service delivery.
