The Opportunity

We are looking for a full-time Pharmacist to join our dynamic, supportive and success-driven team at Epic Pharmacy New Town, in Hobart, Tasmania.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide pharmacy services to the community, ensuring that all pharmacy activities are completed to a high standard.
  2. Educate and advise customers and staff on health promotion, disease prevention, drug selection, and the proper use of medicines.
  3. Prepare prescriptions in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner.
  4. Counsel customers on their medication (both prescription and OTC) in an up-to-date, evidence-based manner.
  5. Collaborate and maintain relationships with local health professionals.
About You

To be considered for this role, you are required to:

  1. Be an AHPRA registered pharmacist with previous experience in an Australian based pharmacy.
  2. Possess strong knowledge of the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS).
  3. Have a passion for customer care.
  4. Have the ability to maintain the high quality of service we already deliver.
  5. Have excellent time management, communication, and teamwork skills.
  6. Be flexible and adaptable working with a diverse team.
  7. Embrace the constantly evolving pharmacy profession and commit to learning.
  8. Value attention to detail and be able to work autonomously.
