Rehabilitation Consultant Role

We are seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with treatment providers to ensure the best recovery outcomes for clients.

  • This role involves collaborating with health professionals, specialists, employers, and insurers to drive positive outcomes for clients.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

In this role, you will attend various workplaces to gain an understanding of the physical demands and responsibilities of different job roles. You will also educate workplaces on how to manage and prevent workplace injuries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with treatment providers to develop effective rehabilitation plans.
  • Provide clinical opinions and justification through report writing.
  • Educate workplaces on injury prevention and management strategies.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients.
Requirements:
  • AHPRA or ESSA registration is essential.
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, or Physiotherapy is required.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills are necessary.
