About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Creative Project Manager to lead the delivery of innovative brand and marketing campaigns. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to deliver high-impact creative campaigns that strengthen the AFL brand and drive fan engagement.

As a strategic project leader, you will be responsible for managing integrated creative campaigns from concept to delivery. You'll be part of a team that collaborates with internal brand, marketing, and creative teams to produce compelling campaigns that resonate with AFL's diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop a deep understanding of AFL brand strategy, target audiences, and content portfolio to deliver effective marketing campaigns.
2. Oversee creative projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and delivery of expected outcomes with clear production timelines and approval strategies.
3. Collaborate with Brand Managers, Creative Director, Marketing and Creative Teams, whilst managing timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
4. Engage relevant stakeholders within AFL, as well as commercial partners and clubs, when required.
