At the heart of a successful retail environment lies efficient stock management. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining optimal inventory levels, ensuring seamless operations and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Stock Management: Unpack, label and organize merchandise in an orderly manner to meet customer demands.
  • Delivery Processing: Receive and process incoming deliveries with precision, guaranteeing accuracy in items and quantities.
  • Equipment Handling: Operate machinery such as pallet jacks, walkie stackers and trolleys with ease.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records using the Inwards/Outwards Goods Register for all stock movements.
  • Customer Support: Provide friendly and personalized service to customers, ensuring a smooth pickup experience.
  • Store Maintenance: Uphold store floor and stockroom standards to create a welcoming environment.

Requirements:
  • Retail Storeroom Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a retail storeroom environment is preferred but not essential.
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience is highly desirable.
  • Machinery Experience: Ability to operate various machinery such as pallet jacks, walkie stackers and trolleys. (Training will be provided.)
  • Self-Sufficiency: Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using inventory management software and point-of-sale systems.
  • Physical Requirements: Able to lift up to 15kgs between floor and shoulder, 10kgs above shoulder height on your own & 45kgs with the help of another team member.
