Warehouse Leadership Opportunity

As a highly motivated and results-driven Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient dispatching and receiving of orders, coaching staff, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach and motivate staff to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and productivity.
  • Liaise with customers to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Effectively operate a warehouse, including loading of trucks, while prioritizing workload and meeting deadlines.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Prioritize workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Experience in warehouse management and leadership.
  • A strong commitment to customer service and quality standards.
  • Flexibility across retail trading hours, including weekends, public holidays, and late night shifts.
