Job Title:

A skilled Security Professional is sought to ensure the safety and security of Academy sites, facilities, and personnel.

About the Role:

  • Perform on-site security duties, including front gate management and general security issues;
  • Enforce site-specific requirements with students and staff;
  • Work in a small team environment, often unaccompanied and unsupervised;
  • Respond to incidents and emergencies as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level security services to maintain a safe working environment;
  • Implement security policies and procedures to prevent breaches;
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders;
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of security strategies.

Requirements:

  • An Australian Citizen, permanent resident of Australia, or New Zealand citizen;
  • Previous experience working in a customer service environment and/or similar security role.
