Job Title:
Front Desk Coordinator\Summary of Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients and provide a positive first impression to our dental practice.
- Coordinate appointment bookings and manage the clinic’s schedule with efficiency.
- Manage phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide administrative support to the dental team.
Requirements and Qualifications:\
- Previous experience in a medical or dental reception role is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication and customer service skills are required.
- Confidence using computer systems and familiarity with dental software (e.g. Oasis).
