Key Responsibilities
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with design teams, contractors, and project managers to provide timely responses to technical queries and site clarification requests.
  • Technical Expertise: Leverage your expertise in civil, structural, and mechanical disciplines to ensure construction projects meet design intent and quality standards.
  • Project Management: Collaborate with project managers to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Quality Assurance and Control: Manage and approve installations at pre-approved witness and hold points to ensure compliance with design requirements.
  • Client Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements
  • Engineering Qualification: Hold an engineering qualification and have a demonstrated track record of successfully managing construction projects in the Resources Sector.
  • International and Local Experience: Familiarity with international and local engineering and construction methods, applicable codes, and specifications related to resources projects.
  • Project Lifecycle Experience: Understand planning, design, commissioning processes, construction methods, and interface requirements for multi-disciplinary projects.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and manage project teams.
