Mobile Application Quality Assurance Specialist

We're seeking a skilled Product Quality Engineer to ensure the high performance, quality, and user experience of mobile applications for iOS and Android.
- Maintain and improve mobile applications, guaranteeing optimal functionality and usability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure backend services meet quality standards, troubleshoot issues, and stay up-to-date on the latest development and testing frameworks.
- Act as the voice of quality within the team, contributing to coding efforts, deploying to test and production environments, and promoting best practices.
- Develop, use, and refine automation tools and frameworks to streamline processes.
- Identify areas for quality improvement across products, processes, and culture, implementing solutions to enhance overall quality.
- Guide the direction of quality tooling and strategy, working closely with Agile squads.
- Provide mentorship to junior engineers, emphasizing security and quality principles.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality engineering, assurance, control, or related fields.
- Hands-on experience testing native iOS and Android applications, focusing on delivering exceptional quality.
- Strong understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
- Commitment to quality assurance principles throughout the development lifecycle.
- Effective communication skills with stakeholders.
- Proactive approach to identifying issues and driving quality initiatives.
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn and improve.
