Job Description:

We seek a seasoned Quality Assurance Specialist to collaborate on a high-profile digital transformation project, driving seamless travel experiences.

The successful candidate will work on a multi-year program spanning customer-facing and core technical systems, focusing on testing APIs between the platform and Amadeus systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and own quality planning strategies for projects.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Identify and resolve QA bottlenecks, suggesting improvements to enhance delivery speed and quality.
  • Investigate and improve product quality to drive higher customer satisfaction.
  • Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated testing for APIs, web, and mobile platforms.
  • Monitor and report quality metrics to senior management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5-10 years creating and maintaining automated software testing solutions for complex web, mobile, and backend platforms.
  • 3-5 years Agile/Scrum experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Cypress and Rest Assured.
  • Skilled in testing REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Proficient in Java or Kotlin.
  • Experience with Git, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, Zephyr, Bamboo, Stash).
  • End-to-end testing expertise across Manual, Integration, and System Testing.
  • Excellent test planning, defect management, and sign-off skills.

Desirable Skills:

  • Performance and accessibility testing experience.
  • Aviation industry background.
  • Mobile application/API testing experience.
