Workplace Relations Specialist

Deliver high-quality, commercially astute advice to clients, helping them navigate the complexities of employment law.

  • Provide solution-oriented HR/ER guidance over the phone and email.
  • Address queries on disciplinary actions, performance management, workplace investigations, terminations, and legislation compliance.
  • Take ownership of client cases from initial call to resolution—ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in a similar role, including HR Business Partners, employment or workplace relations advisors.
  • Ability to guide clients through complex workplace relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary processes, grievances, award interpretation, and legislative compliance.
  • Passion for continuous improvement, delivering results, and being the best practitioner you can be, while living the values of excellence and accountability.
