Key Skills and Qualifications for Senior ER/IR Advisor

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Senior ER/IR Advisor.

In this role, you will provide expert advice on industrial relations and employment law. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Providing guidance on Enterprise Agreements, Modern Awards, and union engagement.
  2. Supporting EA negotiation and implementation across multiple projects and jurisdictions.
  3. Developing and implementing IR strategies aligned with business objectives and project timelines.
  4. Offering advice and support on performance management, misconduct investigations, grievances, and disciplinary processes.
  5. Serving as the escalation point for complex ER cases, ensuring outcomes are compliant, consistent, and minimize legal risk.
  6. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of applicable legislation including the Fair Work Act, Work Health & Safety laws, and case law developments.

  • Minimum 8 years' experience in ER/IR advisory roles
