Job Description

We offer a comprehensive support service to over 10,000 NDIS participants annually using a multi-disciplinary approach.

Our team focuses on developing high-quality support services tailored around participant needs and goals.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assist NDIS participants, families, and carers in identifying their needs through assessment and person-centred planning processes.
  • Evaluate, develop, and deliver evidence-based support plans in complex settings.
  • Create meaningful objectives and strategies utilising positive behaviour support frameworks, eliminating restrictive practices in homes and communities.
  • E nsure individual plans accurately reflect participants' goals, passions, and strengths.
  • Enhance the knowledge, capacity, and strengths of those supporting participants - family, carers, friends etc.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, providing guidance and support to less experienced Behaviour Support Practitioners.
Requirements
  • A degree-level allied health qualification is required for this role.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills are necessary for managing varied caseloads effectively.
  • A proactive attitude, motivated by improvement and new ideas, is essential.
  • A genuine passion for working in the disability sector is vital.
