We are a leading provider of NDIS support services. Our mission is to empower individuals with disabilities to live their lives to the fullest.

Job Role

The Behaviour Support Practitioner will play a key role in supporting our participants to achieve their goals and aspirations. They will work closely with participants, their families and carers to identify needs and develop tailored support plans.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to understand participant needs and preferences.
  • Develop and implement person-centred support plans that reflect individual goals and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality support.
  • Foster strong relationships with participants, families and carers to promote empowerment and self-advocacy.
  • Mentor and supervise less experienced team members to enhance skill development and knowledge sharing.
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Relevant degree-level qualification as an allied health professional.
  • Proven experience in report writing and communication.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage complex caseloads.
  • A proactive attitude and commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
