  • Deliver the grade control, ore definition, ore production, material tracking, and reconciliation processes to meet monthly production schedules.
  • Coordinate within the geology and mining teams to ensure succinct and timely execution of the mine plan.
  • Manage and report daily, weekly, and monthly production activities, reviewing to plan and reporting against scheduled performance.
  • Undertake and oversee underground mapping of development drives. Train and mentor graduate geologists and underground technicians in all aspects of their roles.
 About You
  • A relevant tertiary degree in Geology.
  • 2+ years in Mine Geology and comfortable with underground environments.
  • A strong sense of safety.
  • Clear and concise communication and written skills.
  • A comprehensive understanding of the mining cycle.
  • Proficient in 3D software packages, experience in Vulcan, Leapfrog, or Deswik is highly regarded.
  • Experienced in QAQC practices.
  • Full Australian Working Rights.
  • Current C class Manual Drivers Licence.
  • The ability to obtain a National Police Clearance.
