We are seeking a talented Learning and Development Officer to join our organization.
The role is focused on driving strategic learning initiatives that enhance employee capabilities and support business growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and delivering training programs that address critical skills gaps;
- Developing and implementing effective learning strategies that align with organizational objectives;
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop solutions;
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of learning programs.
Requirements:
- Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field such as Education, Training and Development or Organizational Development;
- Proven experience in learning and development, preferably in a similar role;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
