Your Opportunity

As a successful candidate, you will effectively manage and lead the day-to-day activities of direct labour and subcontractors in the delivery of the scope of services meeting safety financial and productivity targets within planned schedules and guidelines.

To Be Successful In This Role You Will Require

  • Extensive experience with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor will be highly regarded
  • Experience in delivering major building projects with civil experience also highly regarded
  • An understanding of defence and security requirements
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
  • Demonstrated knowledge of and commitment to relevant Safety Quality and Environmental standards legislation and practices
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and organise resources to achieve outcomes
  • Proven ability to develop and lead a team to complete works to meet targets
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate and plan works to achieve KPIs and targets
