This role involves providing various treatments to our clients, including laser hair removal treatment and dermal and skin treatments.

You will be responsible for adding value to our clients by providing treatment recommendations, including bespoke treatment plans and product recommendations to help them target their concerns.

A typical day will involve interacting with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will possess a Cert IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy and have proven ability to exceed individual sales targets, both personal and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), highlighting a results-driven approach.

Demonstrated interpersonal and positive communication skills that inspire and motivate team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

A competitive salary package is offered, including lucrative commission, bonuses, and monthly incentives to reward performance-driven individuals.
